Pandemic has changed citizens’ lifestyles. The problems relating to health rights are very complex and shows important differences between the different countries. This disparity has grown with the global pandemic crisis and has seen the difficulties of many health systems emerge. Many developing countries have reached their limits. The challenges facing the international community today on the subject are many, also related to the objective Health from the Agenda ONU 2030. An important issue that emerged in the global scenario was the arrest of prevention campaigns in the countries of the West and especially in those states where , even in pre-pandemic condition, the health system could not fully meet the needs and requirements of citizens. Even with the support of the Third Sector it is necessary to promote strategies of cooperation, aimed at consolidating health systems through targeted training and support actions at the staff involved and the facilities. In this way programmes may be put in place to promote fairer living conditions for European and non-European citizens. Based on these premises, on 12 April in Rome at the Chamber of Deputies (Theodoli-Bianchelli Palace conference room) with the associative network which we have been collaborating for years with, we have realized a conference moderated by Alessandro Sansoni. Thanks to Hon. Alessandro Battilocchio for allowing us to confront the institutions in the Chamber of Deputies and for constant support. Campus Salute begins today symbolically a new path in the name of the experience gained and the recognition, by the United Nations Economic and Social Council, of special consultative status. Always following the path of networking and sharing skills as done in recent years with Amesci and its president Enrico Maria Borrelli, the MODAVI ONLUS chaired by Mario Pozzi (and before that by Federica Celestini Campanari) and the UNESCO Chair Frederick II directed by Professor Annamaria Colao. The meeting was useful to remember what took place in Belgrade, Serbia, before the pandemic thanks to the commitment of Marcello Lala.

Thanks to Hon. Luigi Iovino for participating and for his willingness to listen to the requests that emerged from the meeting.

Thank you for your testimony and presence to Leonardo Bencini – Min. Plen. Head of the Unit for Global Multilateral Development Cooperation Strategies and Processes.
